Research On Requirements Management Of Examination System In A Vocational And Technical University

In recent years,as an emerging category of vocational colleges with undergraduate degrees in higher vocational education,vocational undergraduate colleges have always been highly valued by the national education department.With the continuous development of software technology and the upgrading of colleges from junior colleges to vocational undergraduate colleges,educational ideas and personnel training programs have been transformed.As an important tool for testing students’ knowledge mastery,the examination system also needs to be constantly upgraded and improved.The first step to upgrade and improve the system is to do a good job of requirements management.Good requirements management can save the cost of project resources,effectively control research and development schedule,improve software quality and reduce the risk of project landing.In software project,requirements management plays a very important role throughout the whole software life cycle.The current research on requirements management of software development projects is mainly focused on commercial software development projects,with less guidance for teaching software projects in colleges and universities,while guidance for vocational undergraduate teaching system development projects is even more scarce for the vocational and technical undergraduate colleges launched in recent years.This thesis takes A Vocational and Technical University,one of the first software colleges upgraded to vocational undergraduates as an example.From the perspective of the software team of this university,it uses literature research,in-depth interviews,questionnaire survey,quantitative analysis and other methods to analyze the existing problems and causes of its examination system requirements management.First of all,according to the implementation status of the first-phase project,the problems existing in the management of stakeholders,requirements acquisition,requirements analysis,requirements change and other links of the first-phase project are summarized,including unclear stakeholder management,unclear requirements information,non-standard requirements documentation,non-perfect requirements management mechanism,and frequent requirements change.The reasons for the problems are insufficient participation of project stakeholders,lack of good communication,lack of specialized requirements management personnel,imperfect requirements management process and lack of control over requirements changes.In the second phase of requirements management,improvement measures were proposed based on the characteristics of A Vocational and Technical University in response to the problems that emerged in the first phase.In stakeholder management,the four-quadrant method is used to clarify the importance of stakeholders,and different levels of attention are set for different levels of stakeholders.In requirements acquisition,the 5W2 H analysis method,which is commonly used by previous researchers in enterprise management and technology activity,is applied to the improvement process of requirements acquisition.Through the 5W2 H analysis method,interview method,symposium,field observation and other methods are used to obtain requirements,and then the requirements descriptions are uniformly managed by a single requirements card,and the requirements information is stored by the requirements database.In requirements analysis,the Kano model and Better-Worse coefficient are often used in the previous research on requirements classification,while this thesis proposes a combination of the Kano model and entropy weight TOPSIS method for software system to classify and sort requirements,and puts forward some suggestions for system development planning.In the requirements change process,the requirements change process is standardized,the requirements changes are classified,and the document version is recorded.This thesis analyzes the problems existing in the examination system requirements management of A Vocational and Technical University,and also analyzes its causes and proposes corresponding improvement measures,which have been applied in the project with good results.In the future,it is hoped that it can be applied in other projects and make a contribution to the research of requirements management.
