Research On The Mobile Reading Content Needs Of Graduate Students Based On The KANO Model

With the rapid development of the Internet and the constant popularization of mobile terminals,the advantages of mobile reading have become more and more obvious.Readers of all ages love mobile reading because it is not limited by time and space,and it is gradually becoming the mainstream reading form.Secondly,in recent years,more and more people realize the importance of continuing in-depth study.In addition,the state strongly encourages and supports the cultivation of postgraduate talents.Therefore,many universities in China have increased the number of postgraduate students to be trained each year.At the same time,in this era of "content is king",to develop mobile reading well,it is necessary to optimize from the source,and to provide better mobile reading services,it is necessary to investigate and analyze the needs of readers for mobile reading content.This paper will start from the choice of research topic and research background,carry out relevant research on mobile reading and user demand of mobile reading,and explain the content and application of the KANO model mainly used in this paper.KANO model mainly classified the survey options according to its unique questionnaire results.In addition,this paper mainly focuses on the current status of mobile reading among college students in China,mobile reading services in colleges and universities,and the characteristics of reading needs of current graduate students.This paper adopts empirical analysis method to study the mobile reading content demand of graduate students based on KANO model.As the main force of academic research,graduate students are selected as the research object of this paper.Based on the previous interviews and other methods,the mobile reading content needs of graduate students in23 projects of three major categories were summarized,the relevant questionnaire was designed and the data was analyzed,and the conclusion was drawn that the 23 mobile reading contents were divided into expectation type needs,necessity type needs,indifference type needs and charm type needs.In the end,it provides relevant constructive suggestions for the mobile reading content of postgraduate groups in universities according to the type of needs.For example,university libraries should focus on the construction of academic content resources that belong to the expected needs;or to improve the content of the attractive needs,It will greatly enhance the interest and attention of graduate students in mobile reading services.
