| Family,school,society,or community is the environment in which we grow up.For the promotion of physical and mental health development of adolescents,the strength of school sports alone is far from enough,we need to fully mobilize all positive factors,let family sports and social or community sports together,to promote the achievement of physical and mental health goals of adolescents.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal,it is very important to improve the cooperative education mechanism of school and community in our country.However,the cooperative education mechanism of our state,school and society is not perfect,which makes it difficult to achieve the goal of promoting the healthy development of young people’s physical and mental health.Germany is a sports power with the participation of all people.Based on the sports club system,the linkage of the German family,school and society enables the smooth development of German youth sports activities and the healthy physical and mental development of German teenagers.Therefore,this paper adopts the method of literature,comparative analysis and interview to comb through the existing problems of the cooperative education mechanism of the country,school and society from four aspects,namely,the objectives and responsibilities,work content,cooperative mode and safeguard measures of the three main bodies of the family,school and society.Refining the German experience of family,school and social cooperation in education;Draw the enlightenment of improving the education of our country,school and society.According to the research,the main problems existing in the cooperative education mechanism of our country,schools and social organizations are as follows:(1)Physical education teachers lack the teaching of health knowledge,the phenomenon of closed school sports is serious(2)the dependence of traditional sports concept,the serious lack of family sports atmosphere(3)the serious tendency of sports resources,the uneven distribution of sports resources in the community(4)the number of main sports facilities is insufficient,The utilization rate is not high(5)the lack of sports guidance ability of home,school and community;(6)the vertical management system leads to the serious phenomenon of "department color" and "grassroots submergence";there are obstacles in inter-subject management and communication;(7)the lack of family sports management makes it difficult to form a joint force.According to the research,the experience of the cooperative education mechanism of German state,school and society is as follows:(1)The goal is to improve the quality of school sports,and the responsibilities of home,school and community are clear.(2)The agreement is the contract between school and community,and both parties cooperate with each other.(3)Home-school activities are the hub to improve the awareness of family sports.(4)The sports club is the center.Promote the participation of families in sports(5)The Golden Plan to ensure sufficient number of sports facilities(6)Standardize the use process to ensure a high utilization rate of sports facilities(7)Government help to ensure smooth inter-subject cooperation(8)the government,school and community coordination management to implement the target.In the final study,the enlightenment to improve the cooperative education mechanism of our country,school and society is as follows:(1)Promote school-community cooperation with agreement as the core;(2)Promote home-school cooperation with activity as the focus;(3)Promote home-community cooperation with sports organization as the center;(4)Establish a monitoring network to improve the utilization rate of sports infrastructure;(5)improve the use and punishment mechanism and standardize the use behavior of sports infrastructure;(6)formulate relevant policies;Improve the number of sports infrastructure(7)give play to the leading role of the government to provide financial security(8)government coordination and communication,subject self-management. |
