Research On The Countermeasures Of The Tianjin Communist Youth League System To Coordinate And Manage Youth Sports Activitie

Youth is the hope of our country and the future of our nation.Strengthening youth sports activities plays an increasingly important role in improving the physical health of youth and creating a good atmosphere for physical exercise,for which the relevant state departments have successively issued policies and carried out youth sports activities on a large scale.This study adopts literature method,historical research method,interview method,social network analysis method,and expert survey method to systematically sort out from top to bottom from the perspective of the research of the Communist Youth League of China,and takes the Communist Youth League of Tianjin as an example,and conducts a study by examining the historical evolution and demands of the times of the collaborative governance of the Communist Youth League of China,with the policy release and activity organization in which the Communist Youth League of China is involved as the main research objects.In addition,we find the mode of collaborative governance between the Communist Youth League of China and other departments,identify the problems in the process of collaborative governance of youth sports activities in the Communist Youth League of China and propose targeted solutions to effectively guarantee the effective collaborative governance of youth sports activities in the Communist Youth League of China.The main research results are as follows.1.The cooperative governance of youth sports activities by the Communist Youth League system refers to the process in which the Communist Youth League system jointly governs youth sports activities through the coordination of education system,sports system and other departments.The effectiveness of cooperative governance is mainly reflected in the coordination of policy release and activity organization.2.Since its establishment,the Communist Youth League system has shouldered the important mission of the development of youth sports activities.With the further optimization of the organizational structure of the government,the leading role of the Communist Youth League system has gradually evolved into a collaborative role,and the focus has been shifted to the promotion of youth sports and sports culture education.3.Based on the strategic appeal of the goal of making sports a powerful country,the realistic appeal of the development of youth sports cause and the endogenous appeal of the Communist Youth League system to coordinate the governance of youth sports activities,the Communist Youth League system should constantly strengthen the governance function of youth sports activities.4.The main body of formulating policies related to youth sports activities has formed a cooperative mode with sports system and education system as the main body and the Communist Youth League system as the auxiliary body.5.The collaborative governance mode of youth sports activities in Tianjin Communist Youth League system mainly includes departmental coordination,organizational coordination,inter-provincial coordination and service platform coordination.6.In the collaborative governance of youth sports in Tianjin,the Communist Youth League system has some problems,such as differentiated governance goals,unclear division of rights and responsibilities,insufficient governance momentum,rigid model of collaborative governance of youth sports activities,and lack of initiative and enthusiasm.7.The countermeasures for collaborative governance of youth sports activities in Tianjin Communist Youth League system include: establishing unified governance objectives,clarifying the boundaries of powers and responsibilities of various departments,optimizing the environment to stimulate governance momentum,innovating collaborative governance model,and strengthening institutionalization guarantee.
