A Study On Collaborative Governance Of Stakeholders In American Youth Sports

Collaborative governance theory combines the cooperative and governance theory,is a hot spot in the present study,is also a comprehensive emerging frontier theory,has been more and more attention of scholars from all walks of life,is used widely in the achievements in the field of scientific research.It cancoordinate and solve youth sports events inevitable conflicts of interest,improve the relationship between the main interests related to open a new door.Collaborative stakeholders governance is to improve the main body of the relationship between stakeholders lubricant,is to optimize sports environment monitor.This dissertation through the literature material method and case method as a foundation,use the collaborative governance as the breakthrough point,analysis of the various stakeholders in youth sports participation form,and through the case analysis the current situation of American teenagers sports collaborative governance,draw the outline of the youth sports events of the mature management mechanism,establish the contemporary youth development for our country's sports among stakeholders coordinated operation system provides the new development ideas.Conclusion of the dissertation are showen below:the American teenagers sports management system is social profit organizations and non-profit organizations dominated government did not directly involved in the organization and management agencies,pay attention to balance the conflict between stakeholders,strict legal form of punishment mechanism,reasonable weigh the rights and interests,social enterprises,the media,the school,the family take an active part in sports.And sports events with the person this,fair competition,hierarchy is exquisite,to students' health of body and mind development as a starting point,focus on learning and training of the reasonable setting of the time.The mechanism of collaborative governance stakeholders are shown below:perfect sports organization management mechanism,the consistency of the interests of the community and the establishment of the sports leagues.In addition combining the stakeholder governance mechanism together to put forward some suggestions to the reform of the youth sports events in China,such as collaborative stakeholders regulatory system,establishing the mechanism of stakeholders to attune,optimizing the environment to expand the scale of the event,ease the contradictions between learning,make parents behaviours and so on.
