In July 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework and Off campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education",which received positive responses from primary and secondary schools across the country and subsequently launched a series of practical explorations and attempts.As an important part of the "double reduction" policy,after-school services are an important project for effectively implementing the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and promoting students’ physical and mental health development at this stage.It advocates for students to actively participate in a series of cultural and entertainment activities,cultivate rich interests and hobbies,and achieve comprehensive development of overall quality.In the implementation process of the past year,both the academic burden on students,the burden of off campus training,and the heavy educational burden on families have been effectively alleviated.The time spent on physical exercise for students has significantly increased,and the attention paid by schools,families,and society to the healthy growth of students has also significantly increased.Based on the "double reduction" policy,the study selected the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method as the main research methods.It took the current situation of after-school sports services in nine primary schools in Hongshan District,Wuhan City as the research object,and the construction of the after-school sports services in primary schools as the research object.With the help of collaborative education theory and constructivist learning theory,we scientifically deconstruct the fundamental principles,main characteristics,value implications,indicator connotations,operational subjects,and integration mechanisms contained in the construction of multi-agent collaborative education in primary school after-school sports services.We are committed to creating a multi-agent collaborative education mechanism guided by the promotion of students’ physical and mental health development.This paper establishes a rigorous research structure,systematically reviews domestic and foreign literature,and based on the current situation of after-school sports services in primary schools in Hongshan District,Wuhan City,reasonably constructs a multi subject collaborative education pattern for after-school sports services in primary schools.Corresponding promotion strategies are proposed,and the following research conclusions are drawn:1.The research on after-school sports services in China started relatively late,with a focus on policy support and implementation status.The research results are mainly experimental research,and the research conclusions are mainly based on summarizing experiences and reflecting on problems in a certain region.2.In the process of providing after-school physical education services in Hongshan District Primary School of Wuhan City,the student participation rate reached 84.5%.However,the strength of physical education teachers is weak,and there is a shortage of venues and equipment,making it difficult to fully meet the diverse sports development needs of students;The evaluation of after-school physical education mainly focuses on recording students’ growth records and self-evaluation,lacking teacher evaluation and evaluation of students’ interests,hobbies,behavioral habits,and other aspects;84% of parents are satisfied with the implementation of after-school sports services,but teachers have low satisfaction with the subsidies for after-school sports services.3.Construct a multi subject collaborative education system for after-school physical education services in primary schools,adhering to the educational philosophy of "cultivating morality and health first" and adhering to the principles of unity of goals,resource integration,diversity of methods,and diversity of evaluation indicators.The core goals are to solve the physical health problems of teenagers,enrich physical education resources,optimize the quality of after-school physical education services,and promote the comprehensive development of students.By clarifying local governments,social organizations The responsibilities and missions of physical education teachers,students,and parents are to promote the joint efforts of schools,families,society,and other multiple entities in educating people,achieve the co construction and sharing of educational resources,steadily improve the quality of after-school physical education services in primary schools,and form a good educational ecology of all staff,whole process,and all-round collaborative education.Under the guidance of the "double reduction" policy,after-school physical education services in schools in China have gradually entered the stage of deepening reform from a comprehensive promotion stage.In subsequent research,it is suggested that government departments should attach importance to top-level design and establish a solid guarantee system for multi-agent collaborative education;We should continuously enrich educational resources and improve the internal mechanism of collaborative educational models;We should strengthen school school cooperation and school enterprise cooperation,and build an educational pattern of sharing educational achievements;Increase publicity efforts and create a good ecosystem for public participation.
