| Stratified cooperative teaching method is based on the principle of individualized teaching.Teachers assign corresponding learning tasks and requirements according to the characteristics and needs of learners.Under the guidance of teachers,students complete the mastery of knowledge and skills through independent exploration,heterogeneous grouping,cooperative practice and other methods.In order to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of students,enrich the theory and practice of physical education in physical education institutions,and improve the teaching quality of basketball courses in physical education institutions.In this paper,stratified cooperative teaching method is adopted to carry out experimental research on students’ basketball teaching,and the experimental results of traditional teaching methods are compared.A total of 40 male students from track and field Group 4 and Track and Field Group 5 of Grade 2021 majoring in physical education of Wuhan Sports University were selected as experimental research objects.Expert interview,literature research,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment were used in the experimental analysis.This paper probes into the effect and influence of stratified cooperative teaching method on students’ physical quality,basketball skills,basketball skills evaluation,basketball learning interest and cooperation consciousness in general courses of basketball.The following conclusions are obtained by sorting out the experimental results and data:1)In terms of physical fitness,the high scores of running in both groups were significantly improved,which was related to students’ take-off techniques.The standing long jump and 15m×17 turn back run did not improve significantly.Due to the short teaching experiment time,the improvement of physical fitness is a long-term process.It shows that stratified cooperative teaching method needs further exploration to improve students’ physical quality and ability.2)In terms of basketball skills,both groups of students have significantly improved.However,the results of the experimental group in dribbling,passing and shooting were all higher than those of the control group,indicating that the application of stratified cooperative teaching method in basketball technique was more effective.3)There were significant differences between the two groups in basketball technical evaluation.After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the scores of the two groups’ sports skills,because some of the students practicing track and field events were uncoordinated and stiff.It shows that the application of stratified cooperative teaching method in basketball technical evaluation needs further exploration.4)In terms of interest in basketball learning,both groups of students have made significant progress.After the experiment,students in the experimental group showed more obvious improvement in their interest in basketball learning than those in the control group,which indicates that stratified cooperative teaching method plays a better role in improving students’ interest in basketball learning.5)In terms of cooperation consciousness,both groups of students made significant progress.After the experiment,the cooperative consciousness of students in the experimental group was significantly improved than that in the control group,which indicates that stratified cooperative teaching method has a better effect in improving the cooperative consciousness of students in basketball,and can better promote the cooperative communication and learning among students. |
