In today’s society,education has become one of the most important concerns,especially for China,as a big education country.However,in recent years,with the continuous improvement and development of education,the drawbacks and problems of the mode are gradually emerging.In this environment,how to better play the subjective initiative of education and promote the all-round development of students has become the top priority of education reform,which is imperative.However,the goal of education reform is not only to improve students’ knowledge and culture level,but also to improve students’ physical quality level.With the continuous development and reform of College Physical Education in China,college physical education is gradually concerned and valued by the public.Physical education in Colleges and universities aims to cultivate students’ idea of "lifelong sports" and "health first".However,the national physique monitoring report shows that the physical quality of college students in China is gradually declining in recent years.Compared with the data of 2015 and 2016,although the physique of primary and secondary school students in China has picked up,the physical quality of college students is still in the stage of slow decline,so the reform of higher education is imminent.Under the background of physical education curriculum reform in our country,how to solve and improve the problems brought by the traditional teaching mode and how to explore new teaching mode has become the primary problem to be solved in college physical education.The traditional physical education teaching mode in Colleges and universities is mainly the collective teaching of teachers,that is,technology and skill teaching.Finally,according to the students’ mastery degree,the teacher evaluates.The phenomenon of "what teachers teach,what students learn" is formed.Under the long-term effect of this teaching mode,only teachers have teaching enthusiasm,but students’ learning enthusiasm is reduced because of the fixed teaching mode.In this way,students lose interest in taking part in the activities.The promotion of this traditional teaching mode will have a certain amount of negative impact on students’ future social development.In modern society,compound talents need cooperation spirit and competition consciousness.
