The layered cooperative teaching method follows the principle of teaching students according to their aptitude.The teacher arranges the corresponding learning tasks and requirements according to the characteristics and needs of learners.Under the guidance of teachers,students complete the mastery of knowledge and skills through independent exploration and cooperative practice.This paper adopts the research methods of experts and scholars,literature research resources,questionnaire survey and experiment.Taking the grade 20 students majoring in physical education of Xi’an Institute of physical education as the main research object,this paper randomly selects two classes of students to carry out the teaching experiment,and compares the volleyball teaching experiment of the two classes by using the hierarchical cooperative teaching method and the traditional teaching mode,The purpose of this paper is to explore the role and influence of the layered cooperative teaching method on the basic skills,special physical quality and learning interest of the students in the general volleyball course,in order to improve the students’ learning interest and basic skills of volleyball,enrich the physical education teaching theory and practice methods in physical education institutions,and provide reference for improving the teaching quality of Volleyball in physical education institutions.Through sorting out the data,it is concluded that:(1)The layered cooperative teaching method can promote the development of students’ interest in Volleyball learning.The experimental data show that the volleyball learning interest of the two groups of students has improved to varying degrees after the end of the experiment,but the learning interest of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that layered cooperative teaching can improve students’ learning interest more than traditional teaching.(2)The layered cooperative teaching method has no significant effect on improving students’ special physical quality.The experimental results show that: in the special physical quality of the students in the control group and the experimental group,except the badminton throw far,the test results of the other three items have improved,but there is no significant difference,indicating that the effect is not significant compared with the traditional teaching method.(3)The layered cooperative teaching method plays a positive role in improving students’ basic volleyball skills.The teaching experiment shows that the average scores of the experimental group in the four test items of pass,cushion,buckle and hair are higher than those of the control group,indicating that the layered cooperative teaching method has a positive impact on improving the basic technical level of students’ volleyball.(4)The layered cooperative teaching method has a good effect on students’ mastering volleyball technical evaluation.The test results of teaching experiment show that the average scores of pass,cushion,buckle and hair in the technical evaluation of Volleyball Class in the experimental group are higher than those in the control group,indicating that layered cooperative teaching can better improve the students’ basic technical evaluation level of volleyball compared with traditional teaching.
