| With the continuous reform of education in the context of my country’s economic development,physical education has received more and more attention.The development of physical education teaching led by the physical education colleges and universities in normal schools must constantly innovate and change the traditional physical education teaching methods.The application of the PBL teaching method,which runs through the whole teaching process with questions,in the general shot put course in normal physical education colleges not only allows students to have a deeper understanding of the theory of shot put technology,but also cultivates and improves students’ comprehensive ability and quality.This paper applies the PBL teaching method to the general shot put course in normal physical education colleges for experimental research,which enables teachers to broaden their thinking in teaching and work,and then provides valuable reference for the reform of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.This paper uses the research methods of literature materials,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,experimental methods,and mathematical statistics to apply the PBL teaching method to the general shot put course in the physical education colleges of higher normal schools.The experimental object is social sports in the physical education college of Shanxi Normal University.Guidance and management major 21800301 class.The students were grouped according to odd and even numbers,the odd number group was the experimental group,and the even number group was the control group.A 12-week experimental study of PBL teaching method was carried out in the experimental group,while the traditional teaching method was used in the control group.This paper analyzes the students’ practical performance,technical evaluation performance,theoretical performance,and comprehensive ability training to explore whether the PBL teaching method can have a positive impact on them.After the teaching experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In the general shot put course of normal physical education colleges,the use of PBL teaching method enables students to implement the dominant position of learning,and the problem is the center of learning.Through the correct guidance of teachers,the purpose of making students master the theory of shot put technology is achieved.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching method,the PBL teaching method has achieved better teaching effect.2.After the independent sample T test,the experimental group and the control group’s practice scores and technical evaluation scores were analyzed and compared,and it was found that there were significant differences between the two groups.The students in the control group under the traditional teaching method are obviously not as good as the students in the experimental group under the PBL teaching method,which shows that the rational application of the PBL teaching method is very important to help students master the shot put technique.3.Applying the PBL teaching method to the general shot put course of the normal physical education colleges,the theoretical performance of the students in the experimental group is far from the theoretical performance of the students in the control group under the traditional physical education teaching method,and the theoretical performance of the students in the experimental group is higher.It is proved that the PBL teaching method can promote students to have a deeper understanding of the theory of shot put technology,so as to effectively improve the students’ theoretical performance and make students better master the shot put technology.4.Under the PBL teaching method,the comprehensive ability training of students has been significantly improved.Students’ autonomous learning ability,communication and cooperation ability,analysis and problem-solving ability,evaluation and reflection ability have been developed to a certain extent.In the process of shot put learning,the application of PBL teaching method greatly improves students’ ability to think about problems and explore and solve problems,so that students can make continuous progress in the process of learning. |
