| With the promotion of education marketization,the competition of the national private education industry is constantly upgrading.Performance management plays an extremely important role in modern enterprise management.As the core link of management,performance management directly affects the operation and development of private education enterprises.However,the current private training market is more chaotic,and the management level of education groups is also uneven.Therefore,the construction of a scientific performance management system is of great significance for the development of private education institutions.Based on this,this paper will start from the perspective of private education institutions,analyze the status of their performance management,introduce the Balanced Scorecard to build a performance management system and apply it in practical cases.In this paper,through combing the Balanced Scorecard and education industry performance management related research,the introduction of Balanced Scorecard performance management theoretical framework.This paper takes the case study method as the main research method,takes Wuhu T education institution as the research object,and introduces the Balanced Scorecard into the educational institution for performance management reform.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of performance management in t education institutions;secondly,after discussing the necessity and feasibility of introducing balanced scorecard,this paper formulates the strategic map of T education institution,and constructs the performance evaluation system of T education institution combined with analytic hierarchy process;finally,this paper discusses the organization,implementation and feedback of management The balanced scorecard is applied in educational institution management.This paper finds that:(1)the balanced scorecard provides a complete set of index framework and application method for educational services,which makes the enterprise’s behavior serve the strategic goal,strengthens the communication between the superior and the subordinate,and plays a significant incentive role;(2)due to the complexity of the indicator system of the balanced scorecard,it is difficult to implement the original strategy once the internal and external environment of the enterprise changes And the corresponding evaluation index may be invalid.(3)In order to ensure the effectiveness of the assessment system,the Balanced Scorecard needs the full support of the managers,the continuous communication between the superior and the subordinate,and the constant correction according to the actual situation in the operation process. |
