Social changes and changes have had a great impact on the traditional family structure and its functions, and the intergenerational education based on kinship has become an important supplementary form of parental education, and has gradually become the primary coping strategy adopted by most families to adapt to the changes of The Times.Under the new birth policy, generation separation education has gradually become a typical social phenomenon, and the problem of generation separation education has become increasingly prominent.People have to pay attention to and try to alleviate and improve the problems caused by generation separation education through various ways.Based on the empowerment and empowerment theory, this paper conducts a case study on the problem of generation separation education for the elderly in C community,H City, and selects two different types of cases, namely "not entitled" and "disempowered",respectively for analysis,to explore the internal and external empowerment and empowerment dilemma and its causes in the problem of generation separation education for the elderly in the village-to-residence community, and proposes optimization strategies to solve the dilemma accordingly. It is found that there is an imbalance of teaching-maintenance power and responsibility in the process of intergenerational education for the elderly in the community, which leads to the fuzzy relationship between family power and responsibility, the obvious tendency of grandparents to "babysit" and the reduction of grandparents’ sense of self-efficacy.Behind the problem is not only a reflection of families’ expectation that grandparents’ care of grandchildren is more about "raising grandchildren" responsibility, and grandparents’ "incompetence" is stereotypically labeled, thus ignoring or weakening the right to "teach grandchildren".It is also a common epitome and portrayal of insufficient environmental empowerment and resource support, limited local social work practice, inadequate national system empowerment and so on.Therefore,in the discussion of the development strategy of the problem of changing the village to live in the community,it is necessary to rebuild the individual internal sustainable "empowerment" path, improve the external environment support and "empowerment" auxiliary system, and enhance the ability of social work practice to improve and optimize.
