| In recent years,the total number of college graduates in China is gradually rising and is expected to reach 11.58 million by 2023.The supply of college graduates keeps rising every year,while the effective positions provided by the society are limited.The employment situation of college students is becoming more and more severe,and the employment dilemma is becoming more and more prominent.If this problem cannot be solved effectively,it will not only affect the personal life and employment of graduates,but also affect the social stability and the high quality development of our economy.Therefore,based on the perspective of social ecosystem theory,this study takes F university in Jinan City as an example,collects data through questionnaires,field observation and other methods,understands the current situation of college students’ employment dilemma,and analyzes the causes of its employment dilemma.It is believed that the employment dilemma of college students is mainly due to the social systematic factors they are in,including the lack of comprehensive support system of individual system,family system,school system and social system.In view of this,from the perspective of social ecosystem theory,this paper uses the method of group work to get involved in the employment dilemma of college students,effectively improve the ability of college students to utilize the system environmental resources,so as to provide favorable conditions for smooth employment.The practical part of the design of six targeted social work service activities,from the understanding of problems to explore advantages and then to improve the ability to employment,interlinked,layer by layer progressive,so as to ease the employment dilemma of college students.According to the basic theoretical framework of the social ecosystem,the paper concludes several improvement measures from micro to macro,such as improving the individual employability of college students,constructing the social support network system,optimizing the employment guidance of colleges and universities and perfecting the employment security policy,as well as the intervention way,intervention effect and work reflection of group social work.Finally,this paper makes a deep reflection on this,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.From the perspective of social ecosystem theory,using group work method to study the employment dilemma of college students can effectively alleviate the employment situation of college students,but on the whole,there are still limited knowledge reserve,weak theoretical research,incomplete understanding of employment issues,single practical methods and other problems.This paper hopes that through the social work from the perspective of social ecosystem theory to get involved in the study of college students’ employment dilemma,so as to enhance the individual employment ability of college students,optimize the employment guidance system of colleges and universities,improve the social employment security mechanism,and provide theoretical support and practical experience for further solving the problem of college students’ employment dilemma. |
