In recent years,the government and scholars have paid more and more attention to the group of "children in distress".In 2016,the State Council issued the Opinions on Strengthening the Security Work for Children in Difficulties,which on the one hand improved the welfare system and service system related to children,on the other hand,targeted at children in difficulties,established a classified security system and established and improved the security work system for children in difficulties,so as to protect them from being harmed during their growth.However,these efforts to strengthen the protection of children in distress mostly focus on ensuring the right to survival of children in distress.Physical children with intellectual and physical defects are always in a relatively isolated social environment.Family,community and society together constitute an invisible net of exclusion that isolates these children with physical difficulties and hinders their social integration.The author took part in zhengzhou city Z institutions during the internship,the agency of a physiologic,children's social integration program,during the visit of physiologic troubled children and their families,the author and the team found that there is a widespread lack of these physiological difficulties children social life self-care ability,unable to act as a social role,social integration is difficult,They are unable to communicate with and integrate into the normal peer groups,as well as the low understanding and acceptance degree of the ordinary social groups to the children with physical difficulties.Based on the perspective of ecosystem theory,this study takes the children with physiological difficulties as the research object,analyzes the problems affecting their social integration from the perspectives of individuals,families,communities and society,and then carries out practical activities at the group and community levels to promote the social integration of team members.Finally the author and the project group social work to evaluate the effect of the activity summary,reflect on the achievements and shortcomings in the course of the research process,put forward countermeasure Suggestions to promote the physical difficulties children's social integration,at the same time,also hope that this research can physiologic trouble in the future children's social integration provide a certain amount of social work practice experience for reference.
