| Since the reform and opening up,China’s new urbanization, industrialization and modernization have developed rapidly, and a large number of foreigners have flocked to cities to seek opportunities for survival and development, and the number of foreigners is increasing day by day.Due to women’s awakening or family needs, more and more women are choosing to live in cities instead of staying in their hometowns, taking care of their families full time or working together. The problems of personal growth and development and community integration that accompany the entry of foreign women into unfamiliar cities are becoming increasingly evident. The issue of community integration of migrant women, especially those from rural areas,is worthy of attention and discussion, and poses certain challenges to urban social governance. Therefore, this study focuses on the community integration of migrant women, hoping to make a positive response to improve the social governance system and enhance governance capacity.Ecosystem theory emphasizes the interaction between individuals and the social environment, which provides theoretical guidance and practical exploration directions for community integration of migrant women. Therefore, this study focuses on the community integration of migrant women under the guidance of ecosystem theory, and is divided into four parts.First, through the review of relevant literature,we understand the contributions and shortcomings of existing studies on community integration of foreign women and clarify the research ideas and methods of this study.Second,we analyze the current situation and needs of community integration of migrant women in K communities from different systems, and clarify the factors affecting the community integration of migrant women. The group process was divided into four stages: initial, middle, later, and final stages, and the main focus of each stage was different. Finally,a summary and reflection of the practice process concluded that the group work intervention could facilitate the adaptation of migrant women at the micro-system level, enhance support at the meso-system level, and strengthen participation at the macro-system level. However, there are shortcomings, mainly in the selection of the survey sample, the design of the activity content, and the experience of social workers, which need to be further developed in the follow-up study. |
