Study On The Intervention Of Social Work In The Governance Of Human Settlement Environment In Rural Communities

With the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,major changes have taken place in rural economy,politics,culture,ecology and other aspects,and new requirements have been put forward for the governance of rural communities’ living environment in the new era.Improving rural living environment is an important part of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,but also a key part of building a beautiful countryside.Domestic and foreign experts and scholars have made a lot of exploration in the intervention of social work in the governance of rural human settlements environment,and the conclusions are pointed out that social work plays an irreplaceable role in the governance of rural community environment,and it is particularly important to construct the collaborative governance of various subjects.This paper is based on theories from the perspectives of collaborative governance,social system and advantage.Social work,with its advantages of linking resources and value orientation,plays an important role in the process of intervening in human settlement environment governance.Therefore,the necessity of social work intervening in human settlement environment governance is obvious.In L village of Z City,the role of social workers in the governance of human settlements is not to solve specific problems as grassroots cadres,volunteers,investors or commanders,but to effectively link human,material and financial resources through professional working methods,and to offer suggestions on management and improve the mechanism.By carrying out community activities,while solving problems to a certain extent,the long-term mechanism for social service organizations to participate in governance and suggestions to promote the normalization of social governance mechanism are put forward,so as to promote the social participation of villagers and various forces and the coordination and cooperation of multiple subjects,and constantly improve the overall awareness of environmental protection and governance in rural areas.If community-level governance is not properly addressed,rural revitalization will lack a driving force.Therefore,the intervention of social work in the governance of rural human settlements is an exploration of the intervention of social work in grassroots governance,which is the necessary prerequisite and only way to rural revitalization.It is also hoped that this study can provide some references for the intervention of social work in the governance of rural human settlements.
