Research On The Practice Of Social Work Intervention In Rural Human Settlement Environment Governanc

The Party Central Committee and the State Council have always attached great importance to improving the quality of rural living environment.In recent years,the longstanding environmental governance issues in rural areas of China have been effectively improved,and the level of rural living environment governance has been significantly improved.The governance of rural living environment constitutes a dual practice of innovating grassroots social governance and building harmonious and beautiful rural areas.In the process of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,the achievements of rural living environment governance still need to be consolidated,and the methods of rural living environment governance still need to be further innovated,especially the need to further fully enhance the subjectivity of farmers.Social work is rooted in grassroots society,serving multiple stakeholders,and plays an important role in the context of rural governance in China with its scientific service philosophy and practical skills.This article takes the intervention of W social work institution in the governance of the living environment in K Village,Anhui Province as a research case.It summarizes and describes the entire practical process of intervention services from the aspects of research preparation in the early stage of intervention,practical process in the middle stage of intervention,and village status after intervention.On this basis,by exploring the practical work methods and action mechanisms of social work institutions involved in the governance of the living environment in K village,the practical problems encountered in the practical process and solutions are sorted out,and finally,corresponding path optimization suggestions are attempted to summarize and propose.Research has found that social work has demonstrated unique advantages in intervening in the governance of rural living environments through professional values and technical methods.Social work has expanded the space for social work to participate in rural governance by constructing a diversified cooperative and co governance organizational platform in the practice of rural human settlement environment governance,enriching the participation paths of rural human settlement environment governance,and mobilizing the internal and external advantages of the village to play a positive role.It has been recognized by the villagers,village committees,and local governments.At the same time,through practical practice,analyze the action mechanism of social work intervention in rural living environment governance,that is,social workers intervene in the rural living environment governance system at multiple levels through organizational intervention,structural intervention,and conceptual intervention.However,at the same time,social work also faces corresponding difficulties in its intervention practice,such as an unsuccessful entry process,unclear role positioning,and alienation of professional services.The article believes that to address the corresponding difficulties,efforts can be made to promote the intervention and development of social work in rural living environment governance by clarifying cooperation models,establishing information sharing mechanisms,constructing policy feedback mechanisms,and strengthening resource introduction.
