Rural families are the basic cells of rural communities and the key objects of rural Community Governance.This research relies on the project of "close to nature" ecological garden co construction in Chongqing,takes village Z as the research site,selects a representative intergenerational family,and carries out social work action research with the core goal of improving the family’s subjective well-being through the practice of farmers’ indoor environment creation.In the process of investigation,semi-structured interviews and participatory observation were used to collect data.It was found that there were many negative emotions and low life satisfaction among family members in village Z.Through analysis,it was concluded that rural living environment,especially indoor family environment,was an important influencing factor of family subjective well-being.Researchers need to intervene from the individual,interpersonal and environmental levels to improve the villagers’ self-efficacy and improve social support,Promote effective interaction between people and the environment.Based on this,this study developed an action plan from the perspective of empowerment and implemented an action plan for indoor living environment creation.The implementation of action planning is a dynamic process that is systematic,cyclical,and reflexive.With the advancement of multiple rounds of action planning and synchronous reflection,the subjective well-being of service recipients gradually improves,and researchers and participants also receive training and growth.
