Research On The Cultivation Of New Type Of Professional Farmers In Shanxi Province

Promoting agricultural modernization is the core work of China's agricultural development.Since the work of “new professional farmers training” was first proposed by the Central No.1 document in 2012,the new professional farmers has become an indispensable human resource in the process of agricultural modernization.Due to the focus on the coal industry in the early stage of Shanxi Province,the agricultural economy has been in a state of backwardness after all,and now it is in the transformation of economic structure,which has made the development of agriculture in Shanxi Province a good opportunity,and in 2014,it was selected as a national pilot project to cultivate new professional farmers.However,the current comprehensive quality level of the labor force in Shanxi Province cannot meet the development standards of agricultural modernization in Shanxi Province.Therefore,the cultivation of new professional farmers in Shanxi Province is of great significance for improving the overall quality of the labor force and promoting the process of agricultural modernization in Shanxi Province.This study takes the cultivation of new professional farmers in Shanxi Province as the main research topic.Firstly,under the background of the cultivation of new professional farmers,the relevant materials and literatures are reviewed,and the current status of the cultivation of professional farmers at home and abroad is analyzed,and introduced the background and meaning.Secondly,combing relevant concepts and theories,laying a theoretical foundation for the cultivation of new professional farmers;Thirdly,using data analysis and field research,the author has carried out in-depth research on the comprehensive situation and cultivation status of new professional farmers in Shanxi Province.Through the SWOT analysis of the cultivation of new professional farmers in Shanxi Province,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the existing exist.Summarize the problems in the cultivation of new professional farmers in Shanxi Province.Finally,on the basis of the successful experience of foreign peasant education work,combined with the actual situation in Shanxi Province,put forward corresponding countermeasures to provide feasible suggestions for the cultivation of new professional farmers in Shanxi Province,in order to cultivate a new type of professional farmers who truly meet the requirements of agricultural modernization.
