The Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 edition)clearly states that the Chinese curriculum has irreplaceable advantages in inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture.The teaching of ancient poetry is a very important part of primary school Chinese,which plays a very important role in the cultivation of the core quality of primary Chinese.How to teach ancient poetry under the new curriculum standard and make the teaching of ancient poetry to the maximum is an urgent problem to be solved in the current teaching practice.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the teaching strategy of ancient poetry under the new curriculum standard and promote the teaching reform of ancient poetry in primary schools.Based on the Chinese Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education(2022 edition),based on the research of scholars on ancient poetry,this study analyzes the teaching situation of Chinese and ancient poetry in K city S Primary school by using the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.Investigation and research from two aspects:teachers and students.The student questionnaire is mainly divided according to student’s attitude,cognition,learning purpose,learning method and learning effect of ancient poetry,aiming to fully understand the real situation of student’ s learning of ancient poetry.According to the questionnaire survey results of ancient poetry learning,teacher’s interview outline was set and experienced Chinese teachers who are not students in the school were selected to interview the teacher’s mastery of student’s learning of ancient poetry,the interpretation of the new curriculum standard and the teacher’s knowledge reserve of ancient poetry.Through sorting out the results of student questionnaires and teacher’s interviews,it is found that the following problems exist in the teaching of ancient poetry in the school: small knowledge reserve of ancient poetry between teachers and students,student’s simple understanding of the content of ancient poetry is obvious,the teaching method of teacher ancient poetry is solidified,and the evaluation method of teacher’s teaching process is single.In view of the problems existing in the teaching of ancient poetry,combined with the concept and requirements of the new curriculum standard,this study puts forward four practical optimization strategies for the teaching of ancient poetry for teachers: carry out extracurricular activities,broaden the channels of knowledge acquisition of ancient poetry;combine the situation in the environment,create interesting classroom;interpret the new curriculum standard,improve the teaching design;and base on the process evaluation and strengthen the guiding role of comprehensive evaluation.In the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry in primary schools,teachers should fully realize that the ancient poetry teaching plays a vital role in the development of students,especially in the educational function of Chinese curriculum.The study of the teaching strategies of ancient poetry in primary schools is not only conducive to the improvement of teacher’s education and teaching level,but also conducive to promoting the comprehensive development of students.
