Chinese ancient poetry teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching in senior high school.According to the requirements of the new curriculum standard,Chinese ancient poetry teaching should constantly reform teaching methods,optimize teaching efficiency,enhance students' knowledge culture and shape their good character.After years of continuous research and practical exploration,educational experts and front-line teachers from all walks of life have indeed found many teaching methods,such as "artistic conception teaching method","association teaching method","comparative teaching method" and so on.But the situation of each school is different.Faced with the pressure of college entrance examination,the situation of students and teachers' literacy,these teaching methods can not solve the problems of each school well.Meihekou No.5 Middle School has always had distinct teaching characteristics in Chinese teaching,and its achievements are also very noticeable.However,according to the investigation and research,the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry in Meihekou No.5 Middle School is still facing many problems.There are four chapters in this paper.:The first chapter is the introduction,which is divided into four parts:the proposition of the problem,the current research situation,the purpose and significance of the research,the research methods and scope.The second chapter is the survey of the current situation of ancient poetry teaching in Meihekou No.5 Middle School,including the basic situation of the school and the status quo of learning and teaching based on questionnaires.The third chapter is about the current situation of ancient poetry teaching in Meihekou No.5 Middle School,including the analysis of teaching advantages and problems.The specific advantages are embodied in students,teachers and schools.At the same time,there are some problems:1.inadequate expansion and low self-learning ability;2.teaching mainly leads to dull classroom atmosphere;3.single means,so lack of personality training.All these problems lead to the difficulties in the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry in Meihekou No.5 Middle School.Chapter IV is the suggestions and Countermeasures of ancient poetry teaching in Meihekou No.5 Middle School.In view of the existing problems in the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry the following three improvement countermeasures are provided according to the requirements of the new curriculum standard:1.cultivating originality and enhancing self-learning ability;2.coherence teaching,combining both in and out of class;3.enriching teaching means and enhancing classroom interaction.The last part is the conclusion,explaining the basic research results and shortcomings of this paper.
