In recent years,numerous Internet companies and offline training institutions have started their online education business under the "catalytic" effect of the epidemic,and the education industry has been constantly evolving and updating under the brand new market situation.Since then,the state has also continued to introduce various policies to manage and regulate the operation of education enterprises,thus reinforcing the supervision of enterprises in the teaching and training industry.At the same time,the state has also introduced a variety of policies to encourage the development of vocational education,and the education industry has started to undergo transformation and upgrading.With the change of national policy and environment,if an enterprise aims to gain a stable competitive position in the market,it must clarify the strategic direction of the enterprise and actively implement internal reform to facilitate the improvement of management efficiency.Therefore,as far as the internal of the enterprise is concerned,to meet the current and future development of the enterprise’s talent needs,so as to further improve the construction of the enterprise’s talent training system,which will become a critical driving force to promote the implementation of the enterprise’s strategic goals.For company management and development,the company’s middle management has a clear top-down function.They can play an essential value in strategy undertaking and implementation,so the training of middle managers will be the heart of enterprise human resource management.Closely integrated with current affairs,this thesis will analyze the problems of the existing middle management training system of enterprises by selecting education and training,an industry that is highly regulated by policies,and from which ST Education Company is selected as the research object,based on the research about competency and competency-related training system,and based on adult learning theory and other related theories,using questionnaires to analyze the problems of the existing middle management training system of enterprises.There are four main areas that need to be improved: inaccurate training needs analysis,unreasonable training plan development,inadequate training implementation process,and a single training evaluation method.This thesis also summarizes the causes of the problem,and then puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions for the existing middle management training system of enterprises.Firstly,in the research process,this thesis clarifies the ideas and methods of training system optimization based on the competency model;secondly,literature research and interview method are effectively applied so as to summarize the characteristics of middle management elements of ST Education and construct the corresponding competency model based on it;Secondly,literature research and interview method were effectively applied,so as to summarize the characteristics of the elements of middle management competency in ST education company,and construct the corresponding competency model based on them;Thirdly,based on this model,the optimization study of the existing middle management training system was carried out,including the optimization of the training demand analysis,the optimization of the training plan development process,the optimization of the training implementation system and process,and the optimization of the training evaluation;Finally,four safeguards were provided for the smooth implementation of the training system,and the training transformation criteria were clarified,thus implementing an overall optimization study of the training system for middle management personnel in ST.The research in this thesis can not only improve the comprehensive quality and management capability of middle managers in ST education companies,but also add value-added service benefits to the agency business of the enterprises.Meanwhile,it can also provide sound reference value for the research related to the competency quality of managers in the education industry,which in turn can provide brand novel ideas for the realization of the transformation strategy of education companies.
