The21st century is a service industry will become the dominant era, education plays an important share in the service sector. In recent years, the education market presents unusual strong growth, our economy into a significant market hotspots. Huge market opportunities, its competition will become more intense, the industry will enter a competition internal strength and size of the enclosure era. Along with the national education market is huge, suburban cities market need to develop new round of growth in the coming era. This paper chose to build middle management performance evaluation research.This paper aims to management, education, sociology, etc., based on based on the basis of private education, combined with the current corporate management in the latest theoretical achievements in performance management, targeted at corporate middle managers, more accurate grasp the current situation of private training institutions, for this population of performance management issues conducted in private training institutions benefit analysis.
