Talents,as one of the important resources of enterprises,can improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the fierce market competition,and can realize the strategic objectives of enterprises,and promote the sustainable and stable development of enterprises.The middle-level managers play a connecting role in the enterprise management and play an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of the enterprise.D Company,for example,has been investing a lot of resources in the training of middle-level managers to strengthen the quality of training,but from the actual situation,the effect is not good.According to the related data research,the training system based on competency model has achieved good results in the process of training talents.Therefore,this paper applies the training system based on competency model to D Company’s talent t raining system,strengthens the training dynamics to the talent,in order to realize D Company’s strategic goal more quickly,promotes D company’s fast,stable,healthy development.Based on the methods of Literature Review,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the actual training needs of the middle-level managers in D company,this paper makes clear the training methods adopted by D Company and the deficiencies in the contents of the training,and gives some corresponding solutions.First of all,the current literature on competency research to collect and collate,clear the relevant concepts involved in this study,for this study to lay the theoretical foundation;second,on-the-spot investigation of D Company’s training,we find out the problems in the process of training middle-level management of D Company.Then,we collate and analyze the results of the field investigation,and construct the corresponding competency model,on the basis of the competency model,this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions for solving the problems existing in the training of middle-level managers in D company.According to the results of field investigation,the main problems in the training of middle-level managers in D Company are: Undefined Training Demand,unreasonable training plan,single training method and imperfect training evaluation.In view of these problems,this paper constructs a relatively perfect competency model from three aspects: Business Competence,general competence and professional competence,in order to be able to D Company’s Middle Management Training System optimization.This paper points out that in the course of D Company’s training,the future development direction of D Company should be combined with the employee’s career planning,so as to reserve talents for D Company’s future development,it also provides a platform for employees to develop their careers.
