Labor creates material wealth and spiritual wealth,and promotes the progress of human civilization.The school shoulders the important task of cultivating newcomers of the era who are responsible for national rejuvenation,and needs to integrate labor education into teaching.The ideological and political course of senior high school,as a key course for cultivating the soul and educating people,should also shoulder the responsibility of uprising.At the 2018 National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping,based on the historical orientation of the new era,pointed out that to cultivate socialist builders and successors in the new era,labor education must be incorporated into the whole process of talent training,and by giving full play to the comprehensive education function of labor education,Promote the all-round development of students’ moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.High school ideological and political courses actively respond to the call of the state and integrate labor education in the new era into the whole process of curriculum teaching.This can not only help students correct their labor attitudes,establish correct labor concepts,enhance basic labor skills,enrich daily labor practices,but also help broaden high school thinking.The implementation path of political education,and the fundamental task of Lide Shuren.Based on this historical background,this paper uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and case interview to study the problems and strategies of integrating labor education into high school ideological and political teaching in the new era from the following aspects.The introduction describes the reasons and research significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,the research difficulties and innovation points.The first chapter is related overview.Firstly,it defines related concepts.Secondly,it summarizes the connotation,basic content,basic features,basic goals and theoretical basis of labor education in the new era.The third part analyzes the new era of labor education into high school ideological and political teaching of four dimensions,and finally analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the integration of the two.The second chapter is the existing problems and causes.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation,it is found that there are still some problems in the aspects of students’ cognition,teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,such as the vague understanding of the concept of labor and the incorrect attitude toward labor.The objective of labor education is empty and the overall positioning design is ignored.Labor education content floating on the surface,difficult to achieve labor education effect;Labor education is integrated into the teaching method of a single,emphasis on the concept of instilling rather than practical experience;The evaluation system is not sound enough and the measurement standard is vague.The main reason for these problems lies in the fact that students are easy to be affected by multi-culture and their labor will is weak.Teachers’ cognition of the integration of labor education and the discipline lags behind;Classroom teaching is divorced from the reality of students’ life;Teachers lack of practical experience in labor education and active exploration consciousness;The lack of scientific labor education evaluation mechanism is influenced by the concept of intellectual education supremacy in exam-oriented education.In view of these problems and reasons,the third chapter of this paper from the perspective of students and integration of the four dimensions of the corresponding solutions: high school students should correct their own labor concept,actively participate in labor practice;Pay attention to the guidance of value and implement the teaching goal of integrating labor education into high school ideological and political courses;Cleverly create the situation,dig labor education into the high school ideological and political teaching content;Optimize the teaching methods,explore the labor education into the high school ideological and political teaching strategy;With the system as the guarantee,we will improve the evaluation mechanism of integrating labor education into senior high school ideological and political courses.
