| With the reform of national basic education and the implementation of the policy of burden reduction step by step,reducing students’ school time has become one of the important measures,and the school time has been adjusted to 15:30-16:00.There is a gap between school time and the time when parents pick up their children.The "three-and-a-half problems" that have emerged in succession have become a widespread concern of all sectors of society.In order to solve the relevant problems,the national and local governments have issued relevant policies.The Chongqing Municipal Education Commission issued the Guiding Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting After school Service for Primary and Middle School Students(Trial)in 2019,and carried out after-school service pilot projects in Jiangbei District,Jiulongpo District,Liangjiang New District,etc.In the after-school service carried out in Liangjiang New Area,sports is one of the important parts.The implementation of after-school sports service projects has played a great role in enriching school sports life,cultivating students’ interests and improving students’ quality.However,the degree of implementation varies from school to school.Many schools are at the initial stage of exploration and are still facing many problems that need to be solved urgently in practice.Taking the after-school sports service practice of Liangjiang New Area in Chongqing as the research object,this paper selects the leaders,teachers,students and parents of four primary schools in the new area as the survey objects,and studies the management,site,teachers,effect of organization and implementation of extracurricular athletic service in Liangjiang New Area by using literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,interview and other research methods,The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Each school has relevant persons in charge of after-school athletic service,but few school leaders directly manage it;Publicize the after-school sports services in various forms;Teachers have strong safety awareness,and safety education comes first;All after-school sports services are free of charge,without arbitrary charges.Parents have a good evaluation.The fund is paid by the government in a unified way,and there is no other source of funds for the time being,which leads to the shortage of funds for the school;(2)The venue is not up to standard,the equipment is not updated and expanded,the old school sports equipment is scarce,the venue is not fully and reasonably used,the new school has a large number of students,the venue is crowded,and the use of information technology in teaching is low;(3)There are differences in the composition of teaching teachers.More third-party institutions join the new campus.The old school is mainly composed of physical education teachers in the school;The majority of undergraduates and postgraduates have bachelor’s degrees,and the difference between men and women is large.The source and composition of the teaching team are different,so there are certain differences in the level of teaching in after-school sports services;(4)The development form is mainly based on associations,supplemented by specialty classes and off campus clubs,and the old school organization form is relatively single;The service time is 40-60 minutes or more,which can enable most students to achieve the purpose of exercise;It is well carried out,and parents and students have given good comments.However,some schools carry out fewer projects,which fails to meet the needs of students.Suggestions:(1)Establish a special leading group to develop and improve the management,assessment and evaluation system;Improve the emergency handling plan and learn from other schools;Expand multi-channel sources of funds,and strive for support from enterprises and communities.(2)To alleviate the pressure of insufficient space,the old school must improve the development of effective site resources in the school,try to cooperate with the community or surrounding gymnasiums,use the smart park around Baima Primary School and Shizishan Park around Xingguang School to teach with their facilities and equipment,and strengthen teachers’ information technology training and information resources utilization.(3)Strictly require the qualification of teachers,ensure sufficient teachers,establish an independent third-party organization assessment mechanism,and ensure the teaching quality.We should tap talents through multiple channels,introduce university forces,tap campus resources,strengthen training for teachers with multiple academic qualifications,and solve the problem of teacher shortage;(4)Enrich the service content,start with traditional sports or ethnic minority projects,improve students’ interest in learning,and develop school-based courses according to seasons;Strengthen the use of information resources,and develop to smart sports and smart classes;Explore the home school combination model,school volunteer combination model,and off campus organization school combination model to reduce school pressure and meet the individual needs of students and parents. |
