With the rapid development of science and technology and the acceleration of economic globalization,the competition of various countries in the world has become increasingly fierce in terms of the comprehensive national strength,and they generally regard education reform as an important strategy for enhancing their comprehensive national strength.In order to boost education reform,China has quickened the revolution of curriculum and talent training mode,advocated teachers to transform the teaching approach,guided students to actively conduct cooperative inquiry,focused on cultivating students’ core literacy and promoted their all-around development.Group cooperative learning style conforms to the requirements of curriculum reform,which has been widely applied to the teaching practice.At present,group cooperative learning style has been gradually recognized by more teachers and students in the teaching of middle school “Morality and Rule of Law”,and notable results have been achieved.However,it is undeniable that the dilemmas such as low learning effect and formalism still face the teaching of middle school “Morality and Rule of Law”.In order to address the dilemmas that face the group cooperative learning style and improve its effectiveness,the methods such as literature research,investigation and case analysis are adopted in this paper to further explore the countermeasures for strengthening the effectiveness of group cooperative learning style in combination with the teaching practice of middle school “Morality and Rule of Law”.This paper comprises three parts.First,the connotation and characteristics of group cooperative learning style and the theoretical basis for its application in the middle school“Morality and Rule of Law” course are clarified through consulting and sorting out literature.Second,the questionnaire survey is combined to analyze the application effectiveness of group cooperative learning style and reveal the major problems existing in its application in the teaching of middle school “Morality and Rule of Law”,including uneven participation of team members,low learning effect,single evaluation mechanism and teachers’ improper guidance and regulation,and then the main causes to these problems are analyzed.Finally,the countermeasures for enhancing the effectiveness of group cooperative learning style in the teaching of middle school “Morality and Rule of Law” are put forward combining with the teaching case of “Innovation Is Endless”,such as improving the scientificity of group structure,cultivating students’ ability to participate in group cooperation,enhancing teachers’ ability to organize group cooperative learning,creating a positive atmosphere of group cooperation and perfecting the evaluation mechanism of group cooperation.This paper expects to guide students to learn to independently explore cooperation and solve problems and enhance their core discipline literacy through research on the application of group cooperative learning style in the teaching of middle school “Morality and Rule of Law”.Meanwhile,it can also strengthen teachers’ understanding of the new curriculum standard and group cooperative learning style,update their teaching idea in a timely manner,promote their professional development,enhance the quality of teaching and guide students to lay a good foundation for the future study in the practice and application of group cooperative learning style.
