The discipline of morality and the rule of law in junior middle school is very practical.Morality and the rule of law are originally contained in social life.If the knowledge taught by teachers in teaching is divorced from the reality of students’ life,it will block the way to Cultivate Junior Middle School Students’ correct values and is not conducive to the improvement of junior middle school students’ awareness of the rule of law.The selection of Life-based teaching materials of morality and rule of law in junior middle school comes from students’ life.Through life-based teaching,the teaching activities of morality and rule of law in junior middle school become more vivid and interesting,so that students can really learn useful knowledge.The main part of the whole thesis consists of three chapters.The first chapter of this thesis mainly discusses the relevant theories of life-oriented teaching,which lays a certain theoretical foundation for the next thesis research.In the second chapter,the author investigated the teachers and students of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school,sorted and analyzed the survey data,found that there are some problems in the application of Life-based teaching in the current teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school,and analyzed the causes of the problems.Through the research,it is found that the main problems in the application of Life-based teaching are: the teaching goal focuses on the knowledge goal,the teaching content is alienated from the students’ life,the teaching method relies too much on theoretical indoctrination and so on.Through the analysis of the causes of the problems,it is found that some teachers in the course of morality and the rule of law do not pay enough attention to life-based teaching in attitude,and think that life-based teaching is optional,which has little impact on the teaching effect.The teaching content is insufficient to implement the "life-oriented" teaching,and the resource allocation for the implementation of life-oriented teaching is unreasonable.In the third chapter of the thesis,in order to ensure that life-based teaching can be better applied to the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,the author improves the specific application measures combined with practice.This part puts forward targeted life-oriented strategies around the teaching objectives,contents,methods and evaluation mechanism.The application of life-oriented teaching in the teaching process of morality and the rule of law in junior middle school can shorten the distance between teaching and students and highlight the life-oriented atmosphere of teaching in this discipline.
