The course of morality and rule of law is one of the important courses of the comprehensive quality training of junior middle school students in China.As an important position and platform of moral education in junior middle school,it has been paid more and more attention Cooperative learning is a common way in the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior middle school in China,which takes students as the main body,teachers as the leading,and completes teaching tasks through various ways of cooperation.Taking the application of cooperative learning in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle School as the starting point,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of cooperative learning with the example of the teaching of morality and rule of law in the lower secondary schools of Nao,and finds out the effective countermeasures for the causes of the problems.This article is divided into four parts.The first part mainly explains the background and significance of the thesis,from the necessity and importance of the curriculum reform of ethics and rule of law,and combs the relevant research on cooperative learning by scholars at home and abroad,and explains the relevant research methods involved in the article,which paves the way for the writing of the whole thesis later.The second part mainly discusses the related concepts involved in the paper,describes the concept and characteristics of cooperative learning,combines the understanding of cooperative learning among different scholars,defines the concept of cooperative learning studied in this paper,and expounds the necessity of using cooperative learning in junior high school ethics and rule of law course.In the third part,through the investigation of the present situation of cooperative learning in the course of Nao ethics and rule of law,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the concrete implementation of cooperative learning,such as: the shortcomings of many elements in the evaluation system,the predominance of teachers,the prevalence of high-pressure management,the unreasonable formation of groups and the arbitrary theme of group cooperation.It is pointed out that environmental factors such as teaching objectives,teaching concepts and class numbers,as well as the lack of understanding of cooperative learning among teachers and students,are the main reasons for the above problems.In view of the above problems and the reasons for their formation,the Part IV puts forward to grasp the teachers ' ideological understanding and improve teachers ' professional accomplishment,scientific Construction Cooperative Learning Group,reasonable arrangement of group cooperation theme,cultivate students ' ability in many aspects,and the establishment of reasonable evaluation mechanism is the main countermeasure to solve the above problems.
