With the development of modern network information technology,webcasting has been known by people as a new teaching mode.Webcast teaching can rid of the limitation of time and space to the greatest extent,and provide high-quality teaching resources of famous teachers to areas with relatively low education level,so as to share the resources and improve the national education and teaching level as a whole.Education has always been of paramount importance to a country.The rise of live webcasting teaching is of great practical significance for promoting education equity and building a country with excellent education.Taking Kunming No.24 Middle School as an example,through literature review,and based on the systematic understanding of the current situation of distance online education at home and abroad,the paper has made an in-depth analysis of the remarkable characteristics and unique advantages of ideological and political webcast teaching in senior high schools.Combined with literature review,questionnaire survey and other methods,the paper has comprehensively explored the current situation of webcast teaching in Kunming No.24 Middle School,attempted to objectively summarize the effect of webcast teaching,deeply analyzed the existing problems and reasons,and has put forward corresponding optimization strategies in solving the existing problems.Investigations have shown that the teachers and students of Kunming No.24 Middle School agree that the advantages of live webcast teaching of ideological and political education in senior high schools are very obvious.They fully affirmed the positive role of live webcast teaching played in improving the teaching effect and teaching quality.This is mainly manifested by the fact that webcast teaching is not only conducive to updating teachers’ educational concepts,improving their teaching methods to promote their professional development,but also can broaden students’ horizons,develop their habit of active learning to significantly improve their academic achievements and learning ability.Moreover,it can promote the development of frontend schools to a certain extent and add new impetus to the development of remote-end schools.Problems become the direction of improvement.Through survey data,it can be seen that there are some objective problems need to be addressed in the live webcast teaching of ideological and political courses in senior high schools.For instance,firstly,the teaching progress is difficult to be unified,resulting in different teaching progress;Secondly,the classroom lacks interaction and communication,and classroom activities are rarely carried out;Thirdly,teachers attach importance to the explanation of knowledge and skills for examinations,ignoring the guidance of emotional attitude and values;Fourthly,students’ concentration on the class is low,they participate little and lack enthusiasm and initiative.Through the cross-analysis of the obtained data,we found that the main reasons for the above problems are: unreasonable online teaching arrangement in schools,teachers’ unchanged educational concepts,and obvious differences in personal qualities among students;remote-end schools have monopolized the live teaching resources.This paper combines the investigation and reflection in practice,and puts forward the following suggestions for the practice of high school ideological and political network broadcast teaching for reference.First of all,adhering to two basic principles:one is the unity of knowledge and value,and the other is the unity of theory and practice.In addition,this paper proposes three paths of network broadcast teaching.First,perfecting the content of high school ideological and political network broadcast teaching system;Second,improving the method of high school ideological and political network broadcast,and third,refining the guarantee measures of high school ideological and political network broadcast.Through this study,teachers’ flexible teaching organization in the teaching process will be encouraged,their education and teaching ability of ideological and political courses will be enhanced,so as to inject new vitality into the live webcast teaching,and improve the teaching quality and the education and teaching level of schools.Meanwhile,the study can also provide reference for other subjects,promote the application of live webcast teaching,give full play to the greatest advantages of live webcast teaching,so that high-quality educational sources can be allocated in a balanced way to ensure the fairness of basic education.
