| With the development of economy and social progress,education has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life,and has become the main force of national and social development.As the cornerstone of basic education development,preschool education affects the quality of basic education development.Kindergarten teachers,as the most direct implementers of early childhood education,also lead the development quality of early childhood education.Under the background of "full coverage of national common language education",the author takes kindergarten teachers in T city of Xinjiang as an example,and investigates the present situation of kindergarten teachers’ development through literature,questionnaire and interview.The questionnaire survey of 996 kindergarten teachers in T city and the interview survey of35 teachers reveal that there is still room for improvement in kindergarten teachers’ age structure,educational background and professional development in Xinjiang.Through discussing the current development of kindergarten teachers in Xinjiang,sorting out and summarizing and analyzing,it is found that there are some problems in kindergarten teachers in T city,such as unreasonable structure,single teacher training form,low professional level of kindergarten teachers,unstable teachers,and the language environment in rural areas affecting teachers’ national common language education level,etc.Combining with the reality of T city,it is proposed to effectively revitalize the compiled resources and scientifically optimize the structure of kindergarten teachers.Do a good job in analyzing the training needs of kindergarten teachers and improve the training quality;Strengthen kindergarten teachers’ autonomous learning and establish a correct concept of career development;Focus on improving the social status and treatment of kindergarten teachers;Suggestions and strategies such as actively creating a good language environment and atmosphere are expected to serve as a reference for T city to improve and promote the present situation of kindergarten teachers,and at the same time provide a theoretical basis for the development of kindergarten teachers in minority areas. |
