General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "Teachers are important because their work is to shape souls,shape lives and shape people.A person meets a good teacher is lucky in life,a school has a good teacher is the glory of the school,a nation constantly emerging a batch of good teachers is a nation’s hope.This paragraph profoundly illustrates the importance of excellent teacher team construction for high-quality early childhood education.Preschool education is the enlightenment education of life,is a critical period for the formation of good morals and behavior habits,which can form a subtle influence on the growth and development of children.Kindergarten teachers shoulder the important mission and responsibility of preschool education,so it can be seen that the construction of kindergarten teachers’ ethics is particularly important.In the new era,people have higher requirements and expectations for the moral level of kindergarten teachers.In order to promote the innovation and vigorous development of early childhood education and the prosperity of the nation and the country,the moral level of kindergarten teachers in ethnic areas is the cornerstone of the regional education building and even the source of social progress.Therefore,it is necessary to perfect the long-term mechanism research on ethics ecology and sustainable development of kindergarten teachers in minority areas.This paper is to investigate the status quo of kindergarten teachers’ ethics in ethnic minority areas,analyze the problems existing in the construction of kindergarten teachers’ ethics in ethnic minority areas and analyze the causes of the problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First,the literature review method was used to understand the domestic and foreign research progress on kindergarten teachers’ ethics;Secondly,through the preparation of kindergarten teacher ethics questionnaire and interview questionnaire for investigation and record,using SPSS statistical analysis software for in-depth research and analysis of the survey data,it is found that the overall level of kindergarten teacher ethics in ethnic minority areas is stable,but there are still some aspects to improve.Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with leaders,teachers and parents,it is found that some young teachers in kindergartens are not caring enough for children.Teachers’ verbal violence harms children’s hearts;Parents’ deviation in the role positioning of kindergarten teachers;Finally,according to the humanistic theory,scientific management theory and lifelong learning theory,this paper proposes to strengthen the consciousness of kindergarten teachers’ main responsibility,improve their cultivation and ability;Give full play to the leading role of kindergarten,improve the management concept and create a relaxed environment;Strengthen social propaganda and guidance work pay attention to humanistic feelings,strengthen continuing education;Strengthen the management of teachers’ ethics and improve the evaluation system.Improve the construction of kindergarten teachers’ ethics in minority areas,effectively enhance teachers’ sense of responsibility and mobilize their enthusiasm for work,and promote the high-quality development of preschool education in minority areas.
