The country implenment the policy of faculty assistance to the poor areas in order to promote the educational justice--Special Position Plan. But as the subject of the practice of this education aid plan, their team’s development and stability is bound to have influence on the rural education career. This study selected the special positions of teachers whom in rural areas of Y Minority Autonomous County in Guizhou Province as the investigation object, and using a combination of quantity and quality, to understand the special positions of teachers’ education belief in the ethnical minority areas rural, and combined with relevant theories to explore its influencing factors, and give a summary and then put forward my own thinking in the end, hope to provide some reference to the special positions of teachers’ independent development and relevant education department improve the training system.The paper there are four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, it mainly introduced the research background, research significance, the definition of the core concepts of the related literature review, research purpose, research questions, research assumptions, research methods and specific research design. The second chapter conduct questionnaire and interview survey to the special positions of teachers’ educational belief in Y Minority Autonomous County Rural, and make corresponding respectively summarized separately from general and all levels. The third chapter analysis the influence factors of the special positions of teachers’ education belief in the ethnical minority areas rural, it mainly have two aspects of external and internal, external influencing factors include the school culture, family environment and other social factors, internal factors include teachers of individual experience, individual knowledge reserves and personality characteristics; The fourth chapter are the conclusion and the author’s thinking, in this part, the author from teacher training, school culture and teachers themselves three aspects to put forward about how to promote the ethnic minority areas rural special hillock teacher education belief level Suggestions. Finally, the last part is conclusion, this part will back to the research question and summarize the research on the whole and forecaste the future research.
