Preschool education is the initial stage of the national education system,is an important part of China’s basic education,as a social activity to cultivate people,it has a strong public welfare and service,in the long run,whether it is for individuals,families or society has an irreplaceable important role,and the construction of a high-quality,high-quality preschool teacher team is the key to the development of preschool education.At the same time,Qinghai Province has significant particularity compared with other non-ethnic areas in terms of geography,economy and culture,which has caused the development of its preschool education to be quite different from other non-ethnic areas,and it is urgent to build a high-quality and high-quality preschool teacher team in Qinghai Province at this stage to improve the implementation quality of its preschool education and ensure the development of its preschool education.In this study,preschool teachers and preschool students in Qinghai Province were mainly taken as the research objects,based on the theory of education supply and demand and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,and using the questionnaire survey method and interview method as the research method,from the four dimensions of the basic structure of the preschool teacher team,the quality status of the preschool teacher team,the survival status of preschool teachers,and the willingness of preschool teachers to teach.As well as the basic structure and willingness of preschool teachers,this paper investigates the development status of preschool teachers in Qinghai Province and finds that in the preschool teacher team in ethnic minority areas of Qinghai Province,there are four problems: the structure of the teacher team is unbalanced,the quality of the preschool teacher team needs to be improved,the living environment of preschool teachers needs to be improved,and the willingness of preschool teachers to teach needs to be improved.In view of the above problems,the reasons are mainly found from the four aspects of preschool teachers’ concepts,education funding,government and related policies,and teacher support systems,and corresponding suggestions are put forward:first,it is necessary to establish the correct concept of preschool teachers and improve the living environment of preschool teachers;Second,it is necessary to gradually increase the funding for the preschool education stage,rationally allocate preschool education resources and tilt it in the direction of personnel allocation;Third,we should give full play to the leading role of the government in the construction of the preschool teacher team,gradually expand the number of preschool teachers,and correspondingly increase the number of targeted teacher training students;Finally,gradually improve the construction of support systems such as teacher recruitment and employment and in-service teacher training in the development of preschool teachers. |
