Frontier ethnic areas refer to the areas located in the border areas with ethnic minorities as the main body.New teacher training refers to the planned,targeted and systematic training activities for new teachers,in order to accelerate the professional growth of new teachers.It is of great significance to carry out the training of new teachers and compulsory education in the border ethnic minority areas,and has profound significance to strengthen the sense of community in the border ethnic minority areas.This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the current situation of new teacher training in Urat Zhongqi Primary School in Inner Mongolia.According to the survey results,the new training of teachers in primary schools are not down-to-practice;the training requirements of the new primary school teachers;the inadequate training of the new teachers,and the unclear evaluation criteria.The causes of the problems are: the different learning background of new teachers,the large gap in professional foundation;the lack of the importance of training demand survey and the lack of in-depth work;the insufficient training demand survey,resulting in "chain reaction" of content,method and evaluation.The author puts forward that new teachers should have a real understanding of their own ability and training needs.Shi Peifang should strengthen the basic background of new teachers and the verification of their intention to stay in the post,and provide help;Standardize the training plan formulation procedures,refine the management system,do a good job in training implementation management;Strengthen targeted training needs investigation and analysis;Multicultural training programs;Selection of classified supporting training methods;Follow the training evaluation process,improve the training evaluation program formulation,pay attention to feedback and tracking suggestions.
