The development of professional courses based on work process emphasizes that enterprises and colleges should establish a close positive interactive relationship,and the development of professional courses in colleges and universities should fully take into account the actual production situation of enterprises,including work processes,work scenarios,typical work tasks and other aspects,so as to enhance the adaptability of school courses,which is an important trend in curriculum development in vocational colleges.This paper studies the development status and development process of logistics courses in eight vocational colleges to find the existing problems and find corresponding improvement strategies.Through consulting the relevant literature,I learned that some documents issued by the state in recent years in terms of curriculum development require that the professional courses of vocational colleges and universities should be fully close to the real work situation of enterprises,encourage schools and enterprises to cooperate in the development of professional courses,and strengthen the practicality of courses.In addition,China’s logistics industry has developed rapidly,showing the characteristics of intelligence and specialization,and at present,there are many problems such as vague positioning of course targets and lagging course content in professional courses in vocational colleges,so it is urgent to solve related problems and find corresponding improvement strategies for course development.In the process of reviewing relevant literature,the research ideas are gradually clarified,and the theoretical basis and development process based on the work process curriculum development are determined.The basic situation of the development of logistics professional courses in eight vocational colleges was investigated by means of questionnaire surveys,and then in-depth investigation in the form of interviews was conducted to analyze and sort out the problems existing in the development of professional courses in vocational colleges,and put forward corresponding improvement strategies.The survey involves three dimensions of early,middle and late stage of curriculum development,and the specific improvement strategies are as follows: establish a two-way benign cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise to enhance the basic literacy of course developers;Improve market demand research and make preliminary preparations for curriculum development;When determining the professional position,consider various factors thoroughly;Improve the organization of work task analysis meetings;Analyze tasks and professional abilities,and build a professional curriculum system oriented to the work process;Do a good job in recording,evaluating and guaranteeing the development of the curriculum.
