Research On Evaluation And Promotion Of The Employability Of Logistics Management Major In X College

With the further development of market economy and the further refinement of social division of labor,the logistics industry has become the mainstay of the improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises and chinese economic development.Due to the short history of chinese higher education development,the relatively backward concept of running a school,and the professional setting can not meet the market demand,the logistics management professionals trained by colleges and universities can not fully adapt to the market demand,and talents have become one of the important factors restricting the development of logistics industry.Therefore,from the perspective of market demand,We will explore the construction of an evaluation system for the employability of logistics management majors,so as to make the personnel training in colleges and universities more targeted,It is not only to enrich the existing theory is of great significance,but also the common expectation of schools and enterprises.With the guidance of career theory and human capital theory,on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars’ research,combined with the characteristics of logistics management specialty and employer interview data,this paper uses two rounds of Delphi method to construct the evaluation index system of logistics management college students’ employability,and uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of the evaluation index of the employability of logistics management major students.On this basis,the questionnaire is used to score the employability of logistics management major students in X college.After data collection,statistics and analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantify the employability of logistics management major students in X college.According to the questionnaire results and the actual situation of X college,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the employability of logistics management major students from the students’ own level,school level,enterprise level and government level.This study enriches and develops the theory of college students’ employability,and provides a method for the evaluation of college students’ employability.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in:(1)According to the characteristics of the major,the evaluation index system of the employability of the students majoring in logistics management is constructed;(2)The evaluation index system of the employability of the students majoring in logistics management is constructed by using the Delphi method,and on this basis,the weight of each index is allocated by using the analytic hierarchy process;(3)On the basis of the evaluation index system of the employability of logistics management major students,this paper evaluates the employability of students majoring in logistics management in X college,and puts forward suggestions for improving the employability of students majoring in logistics management in X college according to the evaluation results.
