Secondary vocational education of talent cultivation target is for the socialist modernization construction to develop morally ? intellectually and physically,with comprehensive professional quality,can work in the front-line of production and service,high-quality workers and skilled personnel.In order to adapt to the rapid development of economy and society,the medium occupation schools must adhere to the ability standard,employment oriented principle,pay attention to students' occupation ability and employment ability,innovating the mode of talent training,reform the curriculum structure,implement the combination,strengthen practical teaching,the development of work process oriented courses based on the cultivation of comprehensive quality of occupation students.In today's society,electronic technology is moving towards intelligent,integrated and integrated rapid development.The electronic products manufacturing industry,which integrates computer technology,automation control technology,mechanical and electrical technology and so on,is mainly made up of processing industry and manufacturing industry.In recent years,joint venture have sprung up rapidly expand,the electronic product is to speed up the localization,the enterprise in order to technological transformation increase capital investment,the development of the industry,technological progress will bring huge demand of high-quality skilled personnel.Enterprises need two major categories of professional and technical personnel for scale and benefit,one is with the development of the higher education,research,and creative talents;the othe is the skilled operation skills of the secondary professional and technical personnel.The research based on the periphery of Hengshui and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional electronic related company found that highly educated professionals engaged in research of electronic product development,accounting for about 1/6 of the number of professional,and engaged in electronic product assembly,commissioning,maintenance and service of professional production line positions can account for about 5/6 of the number of professional staff,these are mainly secondary vocational school electronic technology applications and related professional graduates.The professional cultivating goal of electronic technology application specialty in secondary vocational school is to fully implement the party's education policy,adhere to the moral? intellectual?physical all-round development,to cultivate the applied and skilled intermediate talent who have ideal,morality,culture and discipline,master the basic structure and working principle of the electronic equipment,have the ability of the general electronic products production?assembly?debug and repair,can engage in the front-line of the electronic production?application and sales,with strong ability of practical work and employment for the socialist modernization.To realize the goal of cultivate,develop the curriculum based on working process.cultivate the students' occupation ability,reform the traditional teaching mode,create a working environment,cultivate students' practical ability,improve the comprehensive occupation ability of students is imperative.This paper studies the foreign advanced vocational education model and the development of Vocational Education in China,analyzes the current situation and problems of the curriculum development of electronic technology application specialty in secondary vocational schools.With the economic development of Hengshui?Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding areas,research enterprises in-depth,survey the needs of the relevant personnel of enterprises and the electronic technology application specialty graduates,held enterprise experts?professional teachers forum,clear professional jobs and posts,sorting out the typical tasks,inductive action field into a special field of study,design learning situation,according to the students' cognitive characteristics and occupation growth law develop curriculum which based on working process.According to "do the middle school,learn to do" training mode of work-integrated learning,eliminates some disadvantages existing in the secondary vocational school curriculum system,cultivate the students knowledge of process,improve the students' professional quality,connect the required of enterprise and the knowledge studied in school effectiveiy,improve the quality of education in vocational schools,speed up training and reserve of intermediate applied technology talents that service the regional economic development,in order to provide talent guarantee for the sound and rapid economic development of our country.
