Practical Research On Social Work Intervening In The Cultivation Of Women’s Social Organizations

From social management to social governance,to the social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,from the emphasis on grass-roots governance to the linkage of five social organizations,to the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,the role of social organizations in participating in social governance has become increasingly clear since the 19th National Congress.As "half the sky" of social organizations,women’s social organizations play an irreplaceable role as bridges and ties in women’s rights protection,social stability,entrepreneurship and employment,and are important participants,practitioners and supporters in promoting the modernization of social governance.However,the development of women’s social organizations is not smooth sailing.In the process of development,women’s social organizations still face many problems such as funds and talents.As a professional force in the practice of cultivating social organizations,how to intervene in the cultivation of female social organizations and how to apply the professional knowledge and technology of social work in the cultivation process are the focus of this paper.Through questionnaires and interviews,this paper learned about the basic situation of the development of female social organizations in Changxing County from four aspects: finance,personnel,management system and publicity,and found that female social organizations have the needs of financial support,capacity building,internal governance and social awareness promotion.Combined with the needs,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in female social organizations.On this basis,according to the theory of organizational life cycle and empowerment,taking the cultivation process of N service center as an incision and selecting X organization as a case,the practical process of cultivating female social organizations in N service center is deeply studied,and the application of social work methods in the process of cultivating female social organizations is analyzed.Finally,based on the case,the social work involved in the cultivation of female social organizations is summarized and reflected.Practice has proved that it is successful for social work to intervene in the cultivation of female social organizations.However,in the process of cultivation,there are still some problems,such as insufficient specialization of social work,lack of cultivation funds,and great dependence of female social organizations on social workers.Based on this,the author puts forward some suggestions,such as improving the professional ability of social workers,broadening the sources of funds,and enhancing the autonomy of female social organizations,so as to promote the further cultivation of female social organizations.
