Research On Community-based Rehabilitation Mechanism Of Social Work Service For Mental Disorders

In the context of promoting the construction of a healthy China,social work participation in community-based rehabilitation services for people with mental disabilities is not only related to the development of individuals and families of people with mental disabilities,but also related to social harmony and stability.Research on the community-based rehabilitation mechanism of people with mental disabilities in social work services is based on combing through the practice and experience of community-based rehabilitation of people with mental disabilities in social work services,clarifying the internal constituent logic therein,orderly presentation of complex practices,constructing,evaluating and promoting the community-based rehabilitation process of people with mental disabilities in social work services,so as to guide the community-based rehabilitation practice of people with mental disorders in a wider range.From the perspective of social work theory,this paper mainly adopts participatory observation and semi-structured interview and other methods.Through visiting and investigating 21 "Home for the Disabled" in streets and towns of Hangzhou,it is selected from them to be operated and managed by professional social work institutions.They have been rated as "Five-star Home for the Disabled" for two consecutive years,With rich experience in community-based rehabilitation social work for the mentally handicapped,Hangzhou Gongshu District C Street Home for the Disabled,as the main research object,analyzes the advantages of social work in providing community-based rehabilitation for the mentally handicapped with the "Home for the Disabled" as the carrier,as well as the community-based rehabilitation services provided.In addition,through two typical cases,the process of social work providing professional rehabilitation services for the mentally handicapped with case work and group work methods is specifically explored from the micro level.In general,it shows the exploration and practice process of community-based rehabilitation mechanism of Hangzhou street level "Home for the Disabled" and social work for the mentally disabled.With the "Home for the Disabled" as the carrier,social work services for the community-based rehabilitation of people with mental disabilities include: the accurate identification mechanism for community-based rehabilitation objects,the mechanism for linking and integrating community-based rehabilitation resources,the networked action mechanism for community-based rehabilitation services,and the mechanism for normalizing the supply of community-based rehabilitation services.The first two are the basis for social work services for the community-based rehabilitation of people with mental disabilities,and the latter two are effective and continuous guarantees for the community-based rehabilitation of people with mental disorders,and the four major mechanisms cooperate with each other to promote the process of community-based rehabilitation of people with mental disorders in Hangzhou,and achieve remarkable results,which can be used as a reference for other regions.Of course,there are still deficiencies and deficiencies that need to be gradually improved by social workers in future community-based rehabilitation practices.
