The Case Work Practice Study On Relief Of Work Pressure Of Dispatched Seafarers

With the rapid development of my country’s shipping industry,my country’s seafarers’ expatriate career has also been well developed.As a unique group of seafarers,their employment methods and foreign exchange income generation have made great contributions to my country’s economic and social development.As the builders and carriers of shipping powers,the scale of expatriate seafarers continues to expand.Due to the particularity of their working environment,this group of expatriate seafarers is in a state of high pressure,and has been in this state for a long time.Under this situation,it will cause psychological problems for the dispatched seafarers,which will affect the safety of the ship’s navigation.In such a realistic environment,reducing the work pressure of dispatched seafarers will not only maintain their physical and mental health,but also reduce the occurrence of ship safety accidents.In this context,this article starts from the actual situation of expatriate seafarers,and launches case work services for the problem of expatriate seafarers’ work pressure,so as to help prevent and solve social problems and strengthen the building of a maritime power.In this study,through sampling,questionnaires,and interviews of seafarers dispatched by Dalian G Shipping Company,the service targets were finally identified as three types: "emotional stress distress","lack of social support",and "problematic development",Select typical cases for case work to relieve the work pressure of dispatched seafarers,and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the plan design.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background and significance,literature review and research methods of this research;the second part is the explanation and theoretical basis of the related concepts of this research;the third part introduces the work of seafarers dispatched by G Shipping Company The performance and cause analysis of stress;the fourth part is the practical plan design of casework to relieve the work pressure of expatriate seafarers,which includes the selection of service objects and the evaluation form;the fifth part is the practice of casework to relieve the work pressure of expatriate seafarers During the process,intervention services were provided for the three cases respectively.The sixth part summarizes and reflects on this research.
