With the rapid development of market economy and the gradual loosening of registered residence system,the speed of urbanization is accelerated and the social competition is increasingly fierce.Meanwhile,the number of rural youth who choose to flow into the city to take root is increasing rapidly,giving birth to such a new group,according to the trajectory of life,they should be in their hometown and enjoy the life of the elderly,but they come to the urban community actively or passively to bring up,reunite with their children or provide for the aged,They are collectively referred to as "elderly migrant" and "the elderly following the migration."This study takes "Elderly migrant " as the research subject,takes their interpersonal adaptation in the urban community as the breakthrough point,adopts the professional method of group work,and intervenes in the interpersonal adaptation of the rural elderly migrant in the urban community through the design,implementation and evaluation of the scheme.Through semi-structured interviews and questionnaire survey,the author investigates the old drifters in C community,and analyzes their problems in interpersonal relationship adaptation from three aspects of communication willingness,communication mode and communication state.It is concluded that there are some demands correcting cognitive bias,increasing interpersonal interaction,constructing peer group support network and learning interpersonal communication skills in urban community of rural elderly migrant.Based on this,under the guidance of the theory of advantage perspective and social support theory,through carrying out group activities and evaluating,summarizing and reflecting on the intervention process of group activities,finally,the author put forwards some suggestions on improving interpersonal adaptation in the urban community of “elderly migrant ” from the four levels of social workers,elderly migrant,community and society.The countermeasures and suggestions of interpersonal adaptation in urban community provide some thoughts and suggestions for future researchers to explore the interpersonal adaptation of migrant elderly. |
