A Study On Social Work Involvement In The Interpersonal Communication Of The Elderly In Urban Communities

With the aggravation of population aging,the problems faced by the elderly emerge in endlessly,and the interpersonal communication problems of the elderly are becoming more and more obvious.Taking Zhengzhou Y elderly University as an example,this paper studies the social work intervention in the interpersonal communication of the elderly in the urban community,and selects the Y elderly university students as the research object,through observation,The interview found that the interpersonal communication problems of the subjects were mainly manifested in language and emotional conflict,social avoidance and distress,interpersonal disharmony and so on.First of all,by using the methods of literature,observation and interview,this paper analyzes the performance,causes and needs of the interpersonal communication problems of Y elderly university students.Secondly,it uses the method of literature,observation and interview to analyze the interpersonal communication problems of Y elderly university students.The theory of increasing energy and the theory of social support have worked out a set of reasonable intervention schemes.Then,through the case work and the group work method to carry on the practical intervention to the service object,uses the questionnaire survey method to carry on the service effect appraisal,thus helps the service object to alleviate the interpersonal conflict problem,enhances the interpersonal communication ability;Finally,through the summary and reflection of the practical experience,this paper provides some reference suggestions for alleviating the interpersonal communication problems of the elderly in the urban community,and strives to explore a way and method to solve the interpersonal communication problems of the elderly in the urban community.In order to promote the elderly interpersonal problems to be better solved.
