Practical Research On Social Work Assisting Community Anti Epidemic During The Initial Stage Of COVID-19

From the perspective of social work practice,this study takes public health social work and medical social work services as the main service areas.Through the specific work experience of fighting the epidemic in early 2020,the specific mode of intervention for large-scale social health crisis events was discussed and studied.For anti epidemic action,the purpose of public health social workers is to establish standards for social workers to carry out services in the field of health,provide support for the practice and research in the field of public health social work,and promote the development of social work projects in the field of public health.Medical social workers mainly focus on helping individuals and their families,and promote their comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation by providing social psychological support and coordinating medical resources.Therefore,the key points of public health social work and medical social work service are: on the macro and meso level,connecting and allocating resources,assisting the community and medical team to establish contact and reduce friction;on the other hand,from the micro level,it directly serves specific patients,provides social psychological support and coordinates medical resources,so as to reduce the possibility of crisis.From the perspective of social work practice,this study summarized the social work practice in the anti-epidemic medical team for more than two months from the end of January 2020 to the beginning of April 2020,and summarized and analyzed the specific work content.In the early stage of anti-epidemic,the level of medical service in the community was improved effectively through support and protection,and the occurrence of psychological and emotional problems was reduced It is helpful to clarify the possible problems in the future public health events,and to form a practical mode of social work assisting community medical anti epidemic by clarifying the identity and tasks of social workers,so as to achieve the purpose of better serving the society.
