Research On The Application Of Social Work In The Development Of Community Volunteer Service Team

With the advent of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,community volunteer service plays an important role in building a harmonious socialist community as an important form of community residents' autonomy.At the same time,the development of community volunteer service in China is still in the exploratory stage.A series of problems such as the imperfect community volunteer service system,the lack of professional training of volunteers,monotonous content of services and other issues are gradually exposed.This paper from the perspective of social work,taking Baotou B community as an example,by using the theory and method of professional,widespread development of community volunteer service team problems,through the application of practice,put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of the community volunteer service team.This article is composed of an introduction,three chapters,a conclusion,a reference and an appendix.The introduction mainly includes the research background and significance,the domestic and foreign research status,the research theory,the method,the concept and the definition of related concepts.The first chapter introduces the general situation of the development of B community volunteer service team in Baotou,and makes a detailed overview from three aspects: the basic situation of the community,the general situation of the volunteer service team in the community and the problems in the development of the community volunteer service team.The second chapter,through the social work service in the B community volunteer team in the development of practice,including theearly activities of community volunteer service team,improve internal recruitment and training of volunteers and social workers to volunteer supervision,effectiveness evaluation and Reflection on the development and activities of the specific activity of the middle late,provide a realistic basis for solving the problems of the development of the community volunteer service team.The third chapter,in view of the development of community volunteer service team,put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.In this study,basic methods and theories of social work and social work in the community volunteer service practice,to explore the application of social work in the development of the community volunteer service team,has a certain reference value to the community volunteer training,community volunteers and social workers and volunteers linkage related research,hope to promote social work play a better role in the development of the community volunteer service team.
