Relative vocational education based on the characteristics of modular teaching,student volunteer community, as a carrier to serve others and participate in society, is the important supplement. Let the students integrate into the society and accepted by a social role which is not affected by grades, family background or social status. In this way, students can enhance their social adaptability, improve the psychological quality,improve the ability of self-management and self-knowledge.In this context, the author recruit the members in the school, organize the volunteer community, 16 Members in the Community for the service object, evaluate the resource requirements and developmental problems, preliminary establish the type of community. After the department and the community members have been determined, we take the group work as the main service method. According to the theory of resource dependence,we establish the four stages of the social work services in the community, to conduct a half-year service, for different categories of resources input, set each stage targets and gradually achieved. In the process, we reflect problems and results during the community cultivation, From these reference and experience, we expect to explore new means and methods of social work services in the secondary vocational student’s group.In the end, on the basis of the development of community and the evaluation results, the author concludes that,the way of setting up volunteer service community in the vocational high schools, is effective in improving the students’ self-identity and external evaluation of two aspects. But in the process of cultivate volunteer community, there are also some problems failed to solve, such as the independence of members, sources of funds, etc. Those need social workers more exploration and practice.
