Research Purpose:Basketball is a high-intensity game against the field with many technical movements and high difficulty. The body is always in the transition from stable state to unstable state.Good posture control is an important factor for athletes to regulate their body, prevent sports injuries and improve sports performance.Rapid stretching compound training is a combination of single foot, two foot and exchange jump under rapid, continuous and alternating conditions. It can continuously stimulate the proprioceptors of the skin surface and deep tissue of the sole, and has been proved to have a good effect on the improvement of the muscle strength of the lower limbs.Studies have shown that proper stimulation of the plantar and improvement of lower limb muscle strength can activate proprioceptive receptors, increase the input of proprioceptive information, and contribute to the regulation of postural stability. Therefore, this study takes college basketball students as the research object to explore the influence of rapid expansion compound training on postural control of college basketball students,in the hope of finding scientific and effective training methods for college basketball students to improve their postural control ability.Research Method:This study mainly adopts the experimental method.A total of 22 students from the basketball special class of Grade 2018 in School of Physical Education of Anhui Normal University were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 11 students in each group. The subjects in the two groups underwent rapid stretching compound training and traditional resistance strength training for 12 weeks, twice a week,90 minutes each time. Before and after the intervention, the Center of Pressure(COP)signals were collected by Kistler three-dimensional dynamomete(model,9286BA)under four standing states of open and closed feet and open and closed single foot. The kinetic parameters of squat jump(SJ),counter movement jump(CMJ)and countinuous jump with bent legs(CJB)were measured by Kistler three-dimensional dynamomete. After processing the original data, the independent sample t-test and the paired sample t-test were used for comparative analysis of the inter-group and intra-group data, respectively,to evaluate the subjects’ postural control and lower limb muscle strength.Research results:1.Intra-group comparison of postural control between the two groups before and after the experiment :(1)The total length of COP movement trajectory of subjects in the experimental group was significantly decreased when they stood with eyes open and eyes closed(P<0.01),and was significantly decreased when they stood with eyes closed(P<0.05).(2)The area of COP moving rectangle was significantly decreased in both groups when the subjects were standing on both feet with eyes open(P<0.05).(3)In the experimental group, when the subjects were standing on both feet with eyes open, the maximum movement distance of COP in ML direction was significantly decreased(P<0.01),while that in the control group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The maximum movement distance of COP in AP direction in the experimental group was significantly decreased(P<0.05)while that in the control group was significantly decreased(P<0.01).In the experimental group, when the subjects were standing on one leg with eyes closed, the maximum movement distance of COP in ML direction was significantly decreased(P<0.05).(4)the experimental group subjects in him only two feet,AP and ML direction cop moving average speed were significantly decreased(p<0.05),in close eyes two feet,AP direction into very significantly decreased(p<0.01),ML direction significantly decreased(p<0.05),in close my eyes standing on one foot,AP and ML directions were significantly decreased(p<0.05);In the control group, the mean movement velocity of COP was significantly decreased in AP and ML directions when the subjects stood with eyes closed and eyes open on one leg(P<0.05).2.Intra-group comparison of lower limb muscle strength of subjects in the two groups before and after the experiment: in the SJ and CMJ vertical jump test, the maximum take-off height, airborne time and take-off power of subjects in the experimental group were significantly increased compared with before the experiment(P<0.05);in the CJB vertical jump test, the average force value of subjects in the experimental group was significantly increased compared with before the experiment(P<0.05).3.Comparison of postural control between the two groups after the experiment:there were significant differences in the total length of COP movement trajectory and the mean COP movement velocity in ML direction between the two groups of subjects when they stood on one leg with eyes open(P<0.05);There were also significant differences in the area of COP moving rectangle and the mean moving velocity of COP in ML direction when standing on one leg with eyes closed(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the rapid stretching compound training and the traditional resistance strength training can effectively improve the postural control ability of college basketball students, but the rapid stretching compound training has a more significant effect, which is mainly reflected in the restriction of proprioceptive information and in the body ML direction, which can better maintain postural stability.2.The rapid telescopic compound training has a significant training effect on the improvement of lower extremity explosive force of college basketball students, which is mainly reflected in the maximum height of taking off,the time of flying and the power of taking off in SJ and CMJ vertical jump, which is significantly improved compared with before the experiment, and is helpful to improve the sports performance of basketball students.
