Research objective: At present,pressure resistance training is a popular strength training method in the world,which can effectively improve the athletic performance of athletes in competitive sports.The purpose of this study is to design an experiment according to the characteristics of pressure resistance training to analyze and compare the influence of pressure resistance training on the rapid strength and maximum strength of ordinary college students.Research methods: On the basis of interviewing experts,consult relevant literature to determine the experimental plan.A total of 23 college students were randomly divided into control group(70%1RM)and pressure group(50%AOP with 40%1RM).In both groups,three kinds of experiments were designed to intervene,such as half squat,straight leg hard pull and bench press,and the rapid strength and maximum strength of the upper and lower limbs were analyzed and compared.The collected experimental data were statistically processed by using two-factor analysis of variance.The results were as follows:(1)After 8 weeks of weight-bearing half-squat,straight leg hard pull and bench press exercises,the fast strength index of the two groups increased,and the fast strength quality index of the pressure group showed statistical difference before and after the experiment(P < 0.001).The change rate of standing long jump was4.26%,and the change rate of vertical jump height was 2.28%.The change rate of 30 meter acceleration is 6.71%.The 30-meter accelerated running level of the control group had statistical difference before and after the experiment(P < 0.001),and the change rate was 6.84%.There was also a statistical difference between standing long jump and vertical jump before and after the experiment(P < 0.05),but the change rate of standing long jump was 3.76% and the change rate of vertical long jump was 1.68%.(2)After 8 weeks of weight-bearing half-squat,straight leg hard pull and bench press exercises,the maximum strength index of the two groups increased,and the maximum strength quality index of the pressure group showed a statistical difference before and after the experiment.The change rate of the peak torque of iso-velocity muscle strength of the left knee was 3.98%,and the change rate of the peak torque of the right knee was 4.58%.The change rates of left knee flexion isokinetic muscle force peak moment,right knee flexion isokinetic muscle force peak moment,left hand grip body mass index,right hand grip body mass index,bench press 1RM,hard pull 1RM were all over 12.95%,especially the change rate of squat 1RM reached 19.87%.The body mass index of left and right hand grip strength,squat 1RM and hard pull 1RM of the control group showed statistical differences before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).The change rate of body mass index of left hand grip strength was 10.75%,the change rate of body mass index of right hand grip strength was 11.02%,the change rate of squat 1RM was 10.85%,and the change rate of hard pull 1RM was 7.05%.There was no statistical difference in the peak torque of left and right knee flexion and extension isokinetic muscle force and 1RM level of bench press before and after the experiment(P > 0.05).The change rate of peak torque of left knee isokinetic muscle force was 0.74%,that of right knee isokinetic muscle force was 2.31%,and that of left knee isokinetic muscle force was 0.92%.The change rate of peak torque of right knee isokineic extension muscle force was 0.42%,and the change rate of bench press1 RM was 3.1%.(3)After 8 weeks of weight-bearing half-squat,straight leg hard pull and bench press exercises,there were no differences between the two groups in standing long jump,vertical jump height,30 meter acceleration,peak torque of left and right knee isometric muscle strength extension and flexion,body mass index of left and right hand grip,squat 1RM,hard pull 1RM and bench press 1RM(P > 0.05).However,from the test change rates of various indexes before and after the experiment between the two groups,the change rates of isokinotic muscle force flexion peak moment of left and right knee joint,straight leg hard pull 1RM and bench press 1RM showed significant differences(P < 0.05),while the change rates of other indexes did not show significant differences(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Both the 8-week compression resistance training and the traditional high-intensity resistance training can improve the vertical jump height,standing long jump and 30 meter acceleration and other fast strength levels of ordinary college students and achieve similar effects.(2)Compared with traditional high-intensity resistance training,8-week compression resistance training has a more significant impact on the maximum strength of upper limbs and lower limbs of ordinary college students,and the effect of compression resistance training is more significant.(3)Compression resistance training has certain advantages in increasing the maximum centripetal strength of the upper and lower limbs muscles of ordinary college students,with high training efficiency.Compared with traditional high-intensity training,it can achieve similar effects in increasing rapid strength.Exercise prescription of compression resistance training can be promoted as a method to increase rapid strength and maximum strength among ordinary college students. |
