| Sub-health is a state between health and disease,known as the "third state" of chronic fatigue syndrome.About 15 percent of China’s population meets the WHO’s definition of health,while one in six is in a state of disease,and the rest is occupied by people with "sub-health" status.Today,with the vigorous development of all walks of life,teachers have become an important part of society,but sub-health has also touched them.Based on the previous research,this paper carries out further research on the Shihe district of Xinyang City secondary school teachers’ sub-health status.Objective: To promote the health awareness and healthy behavior of secondary school teachers and find out the influential factors of sub-health of secondary school teachers in Xinyang Shihe district,find practical solutions,and put forward feasible suggestions to ease the sub-health state of secondary school teachers,improve the health level,work efficiency and life quality of teachers,and provide reference for the physical health improvement of secondary school teachers in Xinyang Shihe District.Methods: The body health of 541 secondary school teachers in Shihe district and its influencing factors were investigated by using literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.The key contents include teachers’ basic information,working status,sports status,health status and professional identity.Then,Shihe District secondary school teachers’ body health and influential factors were analyzed,and the following conclusions were reached:The results showed that: 1,Shihe district of the secondary school teachers surveyed overall sub-health accounted for 29.6%,physical sub-health accounted for 31.8%,psychological sub-health accounted for 37.9%,social sub-health accounted for 35.7%;2.There is no difference in sub-health among teachers of different genders;3.There is no difference in sub-health among teachers of different disciplines;4.There are differences in sub-health among teachers with different class hours;5.Different commuting time has certain influence on sub-health of teachers,but it is relatively small;6.The frequency and frequency of exercise will affect the incidence of sub-health,and appropriate frequency and frequency of exercise can effectively reduce the proportion of sub-health.Suggestions: 1.develop good exercise habits.2.Increase the number of stadium.3.Increase the number of teachers to relieve the workload.4.Check up regularly and find out the health problems as early as possible.5.Improve the working environment for teachers.6.Improve teachers’ participation in sports. |
