| For teachers,health is the premise of their teaching and education,and the important guarantee for them to successfully cope with various stressful events in life,study and work.However,with the continuous advancement of China’s education reform,it has not only brought opportunities,but also brought many challenges to teachers in their teaching work,increasing the pressure on teachers,and the health status of teachers is worrying.In this paper,through study the influence of working pressure for primary and secondary school teachers health,explore the relationship between them,from teachers themselves,schools and society three aspects put forward coping strategies,to relieve primary and secondary school teachers teachers’ work pressure,to improve their health,raise the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers and teaching ability.Through sorting out the existing literature,this paper uses the self-compiled "primary and secondary school teachers work pressure scale" and "teacher health status scale" to investigate 5 primary and secondary schools in Hekou county,Yunnan province.The results show that the work stress scale and health status scale have good reliability and validity.At present,Hekou county elementary and secondary school teachers work under great pressure,the health situation is not optimistic;There were significant differences in some demographic statistical variables between work stress and health status.There were differences in gender,age,marital status,school type,length of service,professional title and whether to be a teacher in charge.There is a significant positive correlation between each dimension of working stress and health status of primary and secondary school teachers.The self-development needs in work stress can significantly predict physiological health.Test pressure,student factors,management work load,performance evaluation,and family relationships the five pressure source of primary and secondary school teachers of physical health,mental health,social adaptation has a stronger prediction function has a significant positive effect,illustrates the six pressure source is the primary and secondary school teachers in the physiological,psychological and social adaptation in poor health.Based on this,the paper puts forward some countermeasures from the perspective of organization and management to reduce the working pressure of primary and secondary school teachers and improve their physical and mental health. |
